Arnold and Son Time Pyramid Tourbillon

The icon of Arnold and Son is back! This time with a skeletonized, pyramid shaped flying tourbillon! With clear allusions to traditional British inspired watchmaking, the Time Pyramid draws inspiration from John Arnold’s cone shaped skeleton regulator clocks created over 200 years ago.

Symmetry in watch calibers seems to be the trend in contemporary watchmaking now a days and you really can’t get any more technical in symmetry than the Time Pyramid Tourbillon. The bridges are designed so that all the wheels, the two mainspring barrels, the escapement and balance wheel are all visible from the dial side as one cohesive floating movement.

Just like in its predecessor, you’ll also find the twin 90 hour power reserve indicator showing the take over of power from the left to the right barrel via two blued steel hands. Let’s not forget the variety of beautiful decorations and finishes like the chamfered bridges, beveled angles, côtes de Genève, and satin-finishing.
